About Ross

Ross Carter-Brown, Gardener

I studied ecology at Lincoln University (BSc Conservation and Ecology) and have worked in gardens and on restoration planting since my uni days. I run Westside Garden and Lawn myself, from Upper Riccarton, with one van, a battery mower and hand tools.

I know plants, I work alone, and I tell you what a job will take before it starts. If a job is not one I should do, I will say so at the estimate stage rather than on the day.
